All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped and delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible and send us the updated shipping information. Address changes can only be made if the order has not been processed by the warehouse. You may also expect your order to be delayed due to the request of address change.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after your package gets its first scan at the shipping carrier location.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original accessories (if any) attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address as shown on the email.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges if there is not Allek’s fault. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also ask our customer service to provide you a return shipping label. If you use our return shipping label, the postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
